Just as the vineyards of the fertile soil in the Paarl valley started to bud during the Spring of 2000,

Qualipak was founded as a new manufacturing mechanical engineering company by Arie Meiring and Paul Page, both being highly regarded and working for many years in the South African engineering industry.

From the outset, Qualipak was determined to become a symbol of quality and innovation through the consistent manufacturing of conveyoring equipment above the standard for the Food, Wine and Beverage Industries.

Over the years Qualipak has build a strong reputation in delivering solutions of greater value to their customers than the actual price of the equipment by firstly understanding each customer’s needs followed by flexibility in the processes of design, manufacturing and  installation. This reputation for delivering equipment of value for money has resulted in being listed as a preferred supplier with many of our customers.

Contributing in more than one way to the success story of Qualipak is a dedicated and loyal team with unique skills and experience. To ensure sustainability of skilled human recourses for the South African engineering industry, Qualipak endorse a policy of investing in and creating opportunities for the development of young artisans and engineering students.

Although Paul Page retired during March 2013, Arie Meiring enthusiastically continues to grow the business with superior after sale services, add-on value components and collaborating with industry partners on projects.
